Audio Visual and Room Set-up Specifications for Debbie Vyskocil

Debbie uses her own laptop which is a PC. It needs to be on-stage with her not with an Audio Visual team off stage. Debbie knows the timing of the visuals as they fit into stories and her program so she needs to be the only person advancing them.

The sponsor is responsible for providing the screen and the projection system.

  1.  An LCD projector and AV Line are required and must have a minimum on 3000 Lumens. Debbie does not travel with a LCD projector, cables or cords.
  2.  Projector Screen needs to be 8ft square for audiences over 200 people to show slides large enough and bright enough for everyone to see well.
  3.  An Extension Cord is needed for the projector.
  4.  A Power Strip to insure an extra outlet.
  5.  AV Cart or other stable base for projector.

If the audience is 100 people or larger a wireless lavaliere or headset microphone needs to be supplied.

Setting up the room:

No recording (A/V taping, cell/smart phone, tablets, and/or computers) is allowed.

Please make an announcement asking participants to refrain from recording any part of the presentation.

Please fill us in on any changes in the Room or A/V Set-Up in advance.
We are flexible and very easy to work with.
We do not want to cause you additional work,
but sometimes a little room set up tweak can make a good program

INCREDIBLE!
